What you choose to share

The enquiry form asks for your business name, contact name, email, optional phone number, industry and delivery requirements. Please provide business-level information only. Do not include patient information, prescriptions, payment details or other sensitive personal information.

How an enquiry is sent

When the button says “Prepare email enquiry”, the form creates a brief in your browser. It is not sent to Loads until you send it through your email app. Your email provider handles that message under its own privacy terms.

When direct online sending is enabled, the button says “Send delivery enquiry”. The website sends your details to our server for validation, then to our email delivery provider, Resend, for delivery to the Loads inbox. These providers may process information outside Australia. A success message means the sending provider accepted the enquiry; it does not guarantee inbox delivery.

Why we use your information

We use enquiry details to respond, assess route and handling requirements, prepare a proposal and discuss a possible business relationship. This form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Storage and website services

The form keeps your entries in the current page while you work. It does not save a draft in browser storage or create an account. Downloading a brief saves a text file on your device. Sending an enquiry creates email records held by the relevant email services and Loads.

The website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The hosting platform may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to serve and protect the site. Application errors may also be reported through the hosting platform’s diagnostics. The enquiry handler does not intentionally log form contents.

Questions, corrections or deletion

Email info@loadsservices.com.au to ask about information you have supplied, request a correction, or request deletion of an enquiry. Please identify the enquiry so we can locate it. Any information needed for an agreed service or applicable record-keeping requirements may need to be retained.
