What makes Loads different from a regular courier?
We focus on ongoing delivery partnerships. Instead of booking each job separately, we work with you to agree a recurring route, collection times, delivery requirements and commercial terms around your business.
Where do you operate?
We work with businesses in Perth, Canberra and Sydney. Share your pickup and delivery suburbs so we can confirm route availability. These are local service areas; interstate transport is assessed separately.
How is a delivery contract priced?
Your proposal is based on the collection and delivery areas, number of stops, delivery frequency, load size and handling requirements. We agree the scope and pricing before a service begins, including how changes and additional work are handled.
Can you deliver food or pharmaceutical products?
Tell us exactly what you need to move, including packaging, temperature limits and handover requirements. We assess suitability before accepting the work. Refrigerated transport, cold-chain medicines and restricted goods are not automatically included.
Can our delivery schedule change?
Yes, you can discuss changes as your business needs evolve. Changes to days, stops, volumes or seasonal requirements are reviewed against availability and your agreed contract terms.
Do you take one-off delivery jobs?
Our service is designed for businesses with repeat delivery needs. If you need daily, weekly or another recurring schedule, we’d love to hear about it. We don’t offer an instant one-off parcel booking service.
